So you’d like to partner with us?
|There are a few ways in which you can team up with PechaKucha, whether it's to produced a "Powered by PechaKucha" event, to start a channel on the site, or as a Global Partner.
|“Powered by PechaKucha” events are one-off events that are separate from regular city-based PechaKucha Nights, and that are usually held as part of festivals and conferences, but can also act as standalone events as well. There events must include presentations that use the PechaKucha 20 images x 20 seconds format. For more information on how to organize a “Powered by PechaKucha” event, get in touch ([email protected]).
|The “Channels” section on the site is currently carefully curated, and so if you’d like to find out if you can be one of our initial channel partners, get in touch ([email protected]).
|PechaKucha Channels are similar to PechaKucha Night city pages, in that they act as a portal for all presentations that are produced by one of our channel partners (galleries museums, organizations and companies). A channel also includes a blog, and if you run “Powered by PechaKucha” events, these will be announced and archived on the channel as well.
|Channels are a great way for you to share aspects of your brand, company, and organization that you may not otherwise be able to highlight. By using the PechaKucha 20 images x 20 seconds format, you can share stories that offer visitors to the site an insight into what you are all about. All presentations on a channel can easily be shared through social networks, or embedded on other sites and blogs. We can also work together with you on producing these presentations, that can be recorded just for the site, or first be presented as part of “Powered by PechaKucha” events.
|Global Partners are the companies that we have teamed up with in order to support the global PechaKucha Night network, to keep it free as it always has been -- we never charge for PechaKucha Night licenses. Global Partners have their own channels, but also include a presence at a PechaKucha Nights, and we work closely with them to develop an association that is beneficial on both sides. The PechaKucha Global Partners are a very small group that we feel share the vision and philosophy of our organization. To find out more about Global Partners, get in touch ([email protected]).
|There any other ways you can partner up with PechaKucha, and the first way is of course to start a PechaKucha Night series in your city, if there isn’t already one there. If you’d like to volunteer help for your local PechaKucha Night series, we can put you in touch with that city’s organizer. We’re also always open and receptive to other ways of teaming up, so if you have an idea on something, let us know ([email protected]).
